  • Attach a call-to-action link and the label it should read as
  • Have replies written in the contact’s own language

Inbox and sequence quality

  • Sequence analytics read as a funnel, from everyone enrolled through to revenue
  • Unsent drafts are kept per conversation and restored as written
  • Labels take an icon and a color as you create them, and every message shows its channel
New releases

Tables

Tables arrive in Oneprofile: a home for the go-to-market data that doesn’t live in one of your connected tools.
  • Add typed columns: text, numbers, true/false, dates, timestamps, lists, and nested objects
  • Chain several steps in one formula, across text, numbers, dates, lists, and if/then logic
  • Edit a cell and every formula depending on it recalculates on its own
  • Preview a formula against your real rows before you save the column
  • Choose what a cell falls back to when a step fails: the raw value, empty, or a value you set
  • Re-run a column over every row, only the rows that errored, or the first ten as a spot check
  • Watch recomputes in a progress banner and cancel a run you started by mistake
