Know what lands in Tasks
- An email step with Needs approval before it sends switched on, and every email while its sender profile or the workspace runs on Manual.
- Every LinkedIn step while its sequence, sender profile or the workspace runs on Manual.
- Every Call step, whatever the mode.
Work the list
Open Tasks. Filters narrows the list by Channel, Sender profile and Sequence, and the chips above it switch between Waiting, Scheduled, Done and Rejected. Click a row to open it beside the list, with the exact text that will go out.- Approve sends the email within a minute, or hands the LinkedIn step to the sender’s browser.
- Edit rewrites the subject or message first. Click Save, then Approve. What you approved is what sends, word for word.
- Reject stops the contact in that sequence. Nothing later in the sequence reaches them, and the Contacts tab shows them as Rejected.
Work a call
A call task shows the Number and the Call brief written into the step. Make the call from your own phone, then answer How did it go? and click Save outcome. Add a Note if you want one kept.Decide who approves what
How work goes out, at the top of the page, sets the workspace default for LinkedIn and Email. Manual Run holds every step for a person. Automatic Run lets steps go out on their own within your daily limits. Expand Per sender underneath to give one sender profile its own mode for either channel, and a sequence sets its own on its Settings tab. The sequence wins over the sender profile, and the sender profile over the workspace.Good to know
What does each call outcome do?
What does each call outcome do?
The outcomes are Connected, Meeting booked, Left voicemail, No answer, Wrong number and Not interested. Not interested stops the contact, shown as Rejected. Wrong number skips the step. The other four move the contact on, and a Call connected? condition later in the sequence reads Connected and Meeting booked as yes.
Where do I set the mode for one sender profile or one sequence?
Where do I set the mode for one sender profile or one sequence?
Per sender, under the workspace defaults on this page, lists every sender profile with a LinkedIn and an Email select. A sender with no LinkedIn account reads Not connected there. A sequence sets both channels under LinkedIn approval and Email approval on its own Settings tab. Each select offers Workspace default, Manual and Automatic, and Workspace default follows whatever the row above says at the time. A step’s own Needs approval before it sends switch can add approval, never remove it.
What do the status words on a row mean?
What do the status words on a row mean?
Needs approval is an email or LinkedIn step waiting on you, and To call is a call waiting for a rep. Approved is a LinkedIn step waiting on a connected browser, which runs it within the sender’s daily limits, and Scheduled is an email that will send on its own.
Can I approve from the browser extension?
Can I approve from the browser extension?

Do checks of my own LinkedIn inbox wait here?
Do checks of my own LinkedIn inbox wait here?
No. Reading your inbox and your sent requests runs on its own in every mode, so the list only ever holds work that reaches someone.
Why was I charged for an email I rejected?
Why was I charged for an email I rejected?
Any AI-written part of an email is written when the task is created, so you read exactly what would send. That writing is charged once, whether you then approve or reject.
Can I reject a task that is already approved?
Can I reject a task that is already approved?
No. Once approved, an email sends on the next pass and a browser may already be typing the LinkedIn step. To stop that contact, use their row menu on the sequence’s Contacts tab.
What happens to tasks when a sequence stops or is deleted?
What happens to tasks when a sequence stops or is deleted?
Deleting a sequence withdraws every task it created. Stopping a contact withdraws theirs, and resuming them asks the step again.
Who is recorded as having decided?
Who is recorded as having decided?
Each opened task says who approved, rejected or called, and when. The contact’s timeline on the Contacts tab carries the same entry.
Does a call cost credits?
Does a call cost credits?
No. Oneprofile does not dial. A call step hands you the number and the brief, and the outcome you record is what moves the contact.
