Create a sequence
1
Open Sequences
In the dashboard, open the Sequences page. Use Search sequences to find an existing one, and Choose columns to change what the list shows.
2
Start a new sequence
Click New sequence. Oneprofile opens the editor with a first email step already on the canvas, so you are never starting from a blank page.
Find your way around the editor
The editor has five tabs: Builder, Audience, Contacts, Senders, and Settings. A warning icon appears on any tab that still has something blocking launch. Rename the sequence in the name field at the top, and use the actions menu for Duplicate or Delete.Add steps on the canvas
1
Open the step picker
On the Builder tab, click Insert step on any connector between steps. A step is inserted at that exact point, not just appended to the end.
2
Search or browse by channel
Use the search box, or the All, Email, LinkedIn, and Universal tabs, to find a step. Steps are grouped into Actions, like Send email, and Conditions, which branch the sequence on things such as whether the row has an email address or whether someone replied.
3
Add it
Click a step to insert it. Any step that costs credits shows its cost right on the row.
LinkedIn steps run through the Oneprofile browser extension, using your own LinkedIn session.
Choose your audience
1
Point the sequence at a table
On the Audience tab, click Choose a table. Every row with an email address becomes a contact.
2
Narrow it, if you want
If the table has saved views, you can narrow to one of them instead of using the Whole table.
3
Map your columns
Under Field mapping, set which column holds the Lead email address. It is the only required field. Map First name, Last name, Company, and LinkedIn profile URL as well, if you have them.
4
Add rows now, or let it run
Matching rows sync into the sequence on their own while it runs. To add them right away instead of waiting, click Enrol now.
