Work through the checks
1
Check the required inputs
A row missing a required input is skipped, not charged. Fill the input, like a LinkedIn URL or a company domain, then open the column’s header menu and choose Run column.
2
Check your balance
A run stops when credits run out, and the remaining rows never run. Buy credits, then run the column again.
3
Check for a run condition
A run condition rules rows out on purpose. Rows it excludes stay empty until the condition changes.
4
Accept the honest misses
Some rows fill for nobody. When no source has an answer, the cell stays empty and costs nothing.
Good to know
How do I rerun just the failures?
How do I rerun just the failures?
The column’s header menu has Retry failed rows. It reruns errors without touching filled cells.
Why did a stronger identifier help?
Why did a stronger identifier help?
Sources answer more reliably from a LinkedIn URL than from a name alone. The more exact the input, the more rows fill.
