Work through the checks
1
Find the connection and read its status
In Settings, open Connections. A row reading Error cannot reach the tool with the login you gave it.
2
Run a health check
Open the connection and click Run health check on its Configuration tab to confirm what is actually broken.
3
Reconnect or re-enter the credential
Click Reconnect in the banner at the top of the connection to sign in again. To replace an API key instead, choose Edit configuration from its More Actions menu.
4
Check what stopped
Go back to your tables and re-run any column that reads from this tool. A column that failed while the connection was down stays failed until you run it again.
Good to know
What does each health status mean?
What does each health status mean?
Healthy means we can reach the tool. Warning means we can reach it but something needs attention. Error means we can’t reach it with the login you gave us, and Not checked means it hasn’t run yet.
Do I lose anything by reconnecting?
Do I lose anything by reconnecting?
No. Reconnecting keeps the connection and everything already set up on it. It only renews access.
