Landing in spam is almost always authentication, then volume, then content. Work through them in that order rather than rewriting the email first.

Work through the checks

1

Check SPF, DKIM and DMARC

You connect a mailbox that already exists, so authentication rides on its domain. Set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC wherever that domain’s DNS lives.
2

Check whether a mailbox is new

A fresh mailbox sending at full volume reads as spam to providers. Start it on a low Daily send limit and raise it over a few weeks.
3

Check plain text and link count

Turn on Plain text (recommended) in the sequence’s Settings tab. Formatted email with several links is the louder spam signal.
4

Check reply rate and bounce rate

A rising Bounce rate on the Mailboxes tab is the earliest warning a list or mailbox is in trouble. A healthy Reply rate is the opposite signal.

Good to know

No. They live in the DNS for the mailbox’s domain, usually your email provider’s admin console. Oneprofile sends through the mailbox you already authenticated there.
Pause that mailbox’s sending and look at the list it was sending to. Verified emails bounce far less, so re-run verification on the table before resuming.
