A disconnected mailbox stops sending from it until it is reconnected. Sequences hold those sends rather than losing them.

Work through the checks

1

Find the mailbox

Open the Mailboxes tab of the senders page. The Disconnected card counts how many need attention, and the Status column shows which.
2

Refresh first

Click Refresh status. A brief provider hiccup often clears on its own.
3

Reconnect

Still disconnected? Choose Reconnect from the row menu and sign in to the same account again.
4

Verify the connection

Run Verify connection from the row menu so the mailbox is send-verified before sequences resume.
The Status column reads Connected and today’s sends start counting again.

Good to know

A changed password, an expired session, or the provider revoking access all break the connection. None of them lose your sequence.
They waited. Sending resumes within the daily caps once the mailbox reconnects.
