Deliverability is whether your emails reach the inbox or the spam folder. Oneprofile ships with safe defaults, and this page shows where each control lives.

Keep sending inside the caps

Every mailbox carries a Daily send limit, set on the mailbox’s own page. The senders list shows Sent today / daily send limit for each sender, so you can see headroom at a glance. A sequence never sends past a limit; it waits for the next day instead.

Let the schedule pace your sends

A sequence’s Settings tab has a Schedule section whose Sending window card states the hours it sends in; open it to change them. Keep the Optimized for deliverability preset unless you have a reason not to. It spaces sends out like a person instead of a burst.

Send plain text

The Plain text toggle in sequence Settings, marked Recommended, sends your emails with no bold, italics or links. Each one reads like an email a person typed. Formatted email is the louder spam signal, so leave it on for cold outreach.

Watch bounce and reply rates

The Mailboxes tab shows Bounce rate and Reply rate per mailbox. A rising bounce rate is the earliest warning a list or mailbox is in trouble.

Check your signature

A sender’s settings include a signature editor with a spam check beside it. The signature belongs to the sender, not to any one mailbox, so every mailbox that person sends from signs the same way. The check flags the phrases and patterns spam filters weigh, so run it after every edit.

Good to know

You connect a mailbox that already exists, so authentication rides on its domain. Set up SPF, DKIM, and DMARC wherever that domain’s DNS lives, usually your email provider’s admin console.
Yes, and it is yours to pace. A new mailbox connects on a low Daily send limit, which is the number it sends at from day one. Raise it a little at a time as the mailbox builds a record.
Take that mailbox off its sender with Remove from this sender, and look at the list it was sending to. Its contacts wait for it rather than move to another mailbox. Verified emails bounce far less, so re-run verification on the table before adding it back to that sender.
It probably hit its daily send limit and will resume tomorrow. Check Sent today / daily send limit on the senders list.
Yes, with plain text on or off. Every line break, blank line and indent reaches the contact as it shows in the Preview. Long lines wrap to the reader’s screen instead of breaking partway.
