A LinkedIn watch keeps adding people to a new table as LinkedIn activity happens. You set how many it adds a day, and pay for each person added.
The Find people engaging with posts page. On the left, Posts holds one pasted post link and People is open with Sales Director in Roles, above empty Job titles and Locations boxes. On the right, the price in credits a person sits above the 14 columns the watch's table gets, from Name and Job title to Post URL and Detected on.

A post watch, with a post pasted and a role picked.

Pick what to watch

Open Find leads and pick one of the five watches.
  • Find people engaging with posts adds the people reacting to or commenting on posts you paste.
  • Find people engaging with a person’s posts adds the people engaging with anything the profiles you paste publish.
  • Find people engaging with a company page adds the people engaging with pages you paste, such as a competitor’s.
  • Find people posting about a topic adds the people writing about your keywords.
  • Find people attending a LinkedIn event adds the people attending events you paste.

Choose who is added

Who to add decides which people around a post count. People narrows by role, job title and place, and Companies by employer.

Set a daily limit and start

On the enrich step, People to add a day caps how many people the watch adds each day. The start button shows the most a day can cost, such as “Start watching · up to 145 credits a day”.
Nothing is charged until someone is added. The first people usually arrive within a day.

Follow the watch on its table

A banner on the table says what the watch is doing. The table’s source panel holds a Paused switch, the daily and total limits, the spend so far, and Stop.

Each place is checked before the watch starts.Companies takes Company size, Industries and Company types. Exclude companies takes company pages whose people are never added, such as your own company and your customers.
The people a watch adds have not acted yet, so there is nothing to count. The builder shows the columns the table gets and the price in credits a person added.
Each person added costs the price the builder shows. A topic or event watch costs more a person than a watch on posts, profiles or company pages.Enrichment columns charge for each new person they fill in. Starting a watch needs enough credits for one day of what it can spend.
People to add a day is 25 by default and goes up to 1,000. People found past the day’s limit wait, and are added the next day within that day’s limit.
It is an optional cap in credits on everything the watch spends. Left alone, it is 30 days of the daily maximum. The watch pauses when it gets there, and you raise the limit to resume.
Yes. The enrichment you tick on the enrich step runs on each new person as they are added, unless you turn that switch off. With it off, run the column yourself when you want it.

  • It says so while the watch starts, and while it waits for its first people.
  • When the watch could not start, click Edit inputs and change the filter it names.
  • When it found people but a filter turned them all away, Edit inputs opens that filter.
  • Paused for credits, it resumes by itself once you Buy credits.
  • Paused because the table is full or the total limit is spent, it waits until you make room or raise the limit, then resume it.
  • Paused on our side, it resumes by itself, and nothing is charged meanwhile.
  • Stopped, it offers Start again, which restarts it on the same table.
Pausing is free and stops further spend. Turn the Paused switch off to resume.Stopping adds no one else, and the table keeps its rows. Start again restarts the watch on the same table and never charges twice for people already in it.
No. One watch never adds or charges the same person twice, even after you start it again.
No. A watch always starts on a new table. It cannot be saved as a search, run again or scheduled, so pause or resume it instead.
A row does not say which event its person is attending. Start one watch per event to tell the attendees apart.
Ten per workspace. Pause or stop one to start another.
