A sequence sends your emails on a schedule and stops the moment someone replies. This guide takes one table from written to sending. 2:10 video, recorded August 2026. The app moves fast, and the steps below stay current.

Before you start

You need a table with an email address on each row, and a mailbox already connected. If you have neither, start with Connect a mailbox.

Write the steps

Create the sequence

Click Sequences in the sidebar, then create one and name it for the audience it will reach.

Add the first email

On Builder, click Insert a step here and choose Send email. Write the subject and body.

Add a follow-up

Insert a second step below the first. Set how long it waits before sending.

Point it at your table

Open Audience

Go to the Audience tab and use Choose a table to pick your table.

Narrow it if you need to

Use Narrow with a saved view to send to part of the table rather than Whole table.

Check the field mapping

Confirm Lead email address points at the column that holds the address.

Assign a sender and launch

Assign a sender

On Senders, pick the sender profile the emails are written as.

Clear the checks

Click Launch. Anything blocking the send is listed with a Fix link beside it.
Launching sends real email from your own mailbox. Read the first step once more before you confirm.

Good to know

The sequence stops for that person and the reply arrives in your inbox. Nothing further sends to them.
Yes. Rows added to the table are picked up while the sequence runs, subject to the audience you set.
A check has not been cleared. The most common causes are no sender profile, no connected mailbox, and an empty audience.
Each mailbox has a daily limit, and the sequence sends only inside its schedule. The estimate shows before you launch.
