Before you start

You need a table whose rows are ready to leave, and permission to connect your CRM. Enrich the columns you want to send first, because an export writes what is there when it runs.

Connect your CRM

Open Connections

Go to Settings, then Connections, then click Add integration.

Pick your CRM

Find it with Search integrations and open it.

Authorize it

Choose Connect with one click where it is offered, or Connect with an API key.

Add the export column

Open the catalog

On your table, click Add column, then choose Import & export and pick your CRM.

Choose the action

Pick Create or update records so a row updates a match and creates one when there is none.

Pick the object

Set Destination object to what you are writing, such as a contact or a company.

Set the match field

Use Match records on to choose what identifies a record. An email address is the usual answer.

Decide what an update overwrites

Under When a record matches, set Write mode. Fill empty fields only leaves existing values alone; Change mapped fields only replaces the fields you mapped.

Map your columns

Under Destination fields, point each field at the column that fills it.
An export writes to a live system. Use Test on these rows on a handful of rows before you push the table.

Good to know

That depends on Write mode, which is a separate control from the action you picked first. It sits under When a record matches.
Only if you turn auto-run on for the column. Otherwise it runs when you run it.
Fields marked Read only by the CRM cannot be written and are not offered in the mapping.
The cell shows the error and the row is not written. Fix the cause, then use Retry failed rows.
