Update LinkedIn safety settings
Sets the per-kind daily ceilings, the rolling weekly ones (null clears a kind’s weekly limit; connection requests always keep one), the least time between two steps (min_action_interval_seconds, 60 to 3,600 seconds) and the sender’s approval setting (run_mode): whether a person approves each LinkedIn step on Tasks before it is queued. Switching it to manual takes back the steps queued without asking that no browser has started; switching it to auto queues the ones only this setting held. The time between steps belongs to the LinkedIn account, not to a sequence: it holds across every sequence the account sends for. These are the controls that keep a customer’s account out of trouble, so there is deliberately no way to disable the governor entirely, only to choose its numbers.
