Enrichment columns fill in facts about your rows automatically, things like a work email, a phone number, a company’s employee count, or a person’s title. Pick one from the catalog, tell it which of your existing columns to read from, and Oneprofile fills in the column for every row.

Open the Tools dock

Click Add column at the end of a table’s header row to open the Tools panel, docked beside the grid. It opens on the Enrichment tab. The other tabs are Agent, Functions, and Import & export, for the table’s other ways of filling a column.

Find an enrichment

Rows on the Enrichment tab are grouped into shelves by what they find: Email, Phone, Company, Person, Social profiles, and Relationships. Scroll to the shelf you need, or type into Search at the top of the panel to search the whole catalog at once. Every row shows its price in credits per row, so you can compare a few before you pick one.

Pick an enrichment

Click a row on the Enrichment tab to open it in the column editor.

Set its inputs

The editor lists what the enrichment needs, for example an email address or a company’s domain. For each one, pick the existing column that holds that value. The dropdown ranks your columns by fit, and dims any column it cannot use because it holds a whole record instead of a single value.

Create the column

Click Create to add the column without running it, or open the dropdown beside it for Create & run 10 rows or Create & run 50 rows to fill in a batch right away.

Run it later, if you skipped that

Open the column’s header menu and choose Run column.

What it costs

Each enrichment’s price in credits shows on its row in the catalog, and again in the editor once you have picked one. Oneprofile checks multiple sources for the answer, in order, and charges you only for the source that actually finds it. Two rows can end up costing different amounts for the same enrichment, because one might be answered by the first source checked and the other by a source further down the list.
An input marked required has to have a value for a row to run. Rows missing it are skipped, not charged.
