# Connect integrations

> Browse the integration directory, connect a tool, and add its rows into a table.

Oneprofile connects to the tools you already use. Browse the directory to see what's available, connect the ones you need, and add their rows straight into a table.

## Browse the integration directory

Open **Integrations** in the dashboard, then click **Add integration** to reach the integration directory. Use the **Search integrations** box to find a tool by name, or narrow the list by category from the panel on the left. Click any card to open that integration's page, which describes what it does before you connect anything.

## Connect an integration

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the integration's page">
    From the directory, click the integration you want. Its page shows an overview and a **Connect** button labeled with the integration's name, for example **Connect HubSpot**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose how to connect">
    Click **Connect**. If the integration supports more than one connection method, a dialog asks how you'd like to connect. **Connect with one click** is marked **Recommended** and uses your account login with that tool. **Connect with an API key** asks you to paste in a key from your account there instead.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Finish authorizing">
    A one-click connection redirects you to sign in and authorize access, then brings you back to Oneprofile. An API key connection asks you to fill in a short form and submit it. Either way, the new connection then shows up under **Integrations**.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Tip>
  If a connection stops working, its row shows the problem. Open the row menu and click **Reconnect** to reauthorize it without setting it up again from scratch.
</Tip>

## Where your connections live in Settings

In **Settings**, open **Connections**. It has three tabs: **Integrations**, **MCP servers**, and **InboxKit**. The **Integrations** tab is the same list as the **Integrations** page: every tool you've connected, with its health status and when it was created and last updated. Click a row to open its settings, or use the row menu for **Settings**, **Reconnect**, or **Delete**.

The **MCP servers** tab holds a separate library of tool servers that AI agents can use.

## Add rows from a connected tool

On **Tables**, click **New** and choose **Import from a connected tool**, or click the same card in the launcher if you're starting your first table.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Pick a connection and an object">
    Choose an **Integration** and an **Object** to bring in, such as contacts or companies. If nothing is connected yet, this step lets you browse and connect a tool without leaving the drawer.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the sample rows">
    Oneprofile shows a few sample rows so you can see what actually comes back before you commit to it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose which fields become columns">
    Under **Output**, check any fields you want as their own column. Every row keeps the whole record either way, so anything left unchecked is still one click away from becoming a column later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create the table">
    Set a **Table name**, optionally limit how many **Rows to import**, then click **Create table**. Oneprofile adds the rows into a new table.
  </Step>
</Steps>
