# Find leads

> Search for people or companies with the filter builder, preview matches for free, then pick enrichments before Oneprofile creates the table.

Find leads is where you go from "who do I want" to a filled-in table. Set filters, watch the match count update for free, preview a sample, then choose what to fill in before Oneprofile adds any rows.

## Choose people or companies

The page opens on **Find people**. Click the arrow next to the page title to open the mode switcher and choose **Find companies** instead. Switching modes keeps every filter you already set, since the two modes share the same filter builder with slightly different sections.

## Build your filters

The filters pane, **Find with filters**, groups filters into named sections so a long list of fields stays scannable. Each section is a question you're answering about the people or companies you want. On **Find people**, the sections include:

* **Company attributes**, for things like Industries (for example, IT Services and IT Consulting)
* **Growth**, for Headcount growth window (for example, Past 12 months)
* **Job title**, for Seniority (for example, C-suite, Director)
* **Experience**, for Years of experience
* **Location**, for Countries (for example, United States, Canada)
* **Professional bio**, for Keyword, which searches the whole profile

Further down, more sections cover company names, past experience, languages, and education. **Find companies** uses the same section names where they apply, plus a **Companies** section for company names and domains.

  Prefer describing who you want in plain language? Use the **Describe the leads you want** box in the **AI Assistant** panel instead of setting filters by hand.

## Preview before you add anything

As you set filters, the pane above the results updates with how many people or companies match so far. Counting is free, so it updates as you type. Click **Refresh preview** to pull a small paid sample of the actual rows, so you can check the filters are finding the right people or companies before you commit to anything. If nothing matches, the pane says so and suggests removing or loosening a filter.

**Save to a new table** takes you to the enrich step below. **Save to an existing table** skips it: the rows are added straight into a table you already have, and that table's existing columns decide what runs on them.

## Pick enrichments and see the cost

Choosing **Save to a new table** opens the enrich step, where the **Enrich these rows** panel lists what Oneprofile can fill in for the rows you're about to add, such as an email address, a phone number, or richer contact and company details. Each option shows a credit cost per row, and one option is ticked by default since a new table needs at least one.

The panel totals the cost as you tick options and shows your credit balance beside it. Oneprofile checks multiple sources for each row, and you're only charged for the rows it actually fills in, so the total shown is the most it can cost, not a bill you're guaranteed to pay. If your balance is too low to cover every row, the panel still adds every row, it just stops filling in the extra columns once your credits run out, and you can **Buy credits** to keep going.

When you're ready, click **Create table**. The button names how many rows you're about to add. Oneprofile creates the table with your filtered rows and starts filling in the enrichments you picked.
