# Welcome

Oneprofile finds the right people, researches each one in depth, and turns that research into outreach they answer. It all happens in one place, so nothing gets copied between tools.

## Find the right people

Search people and companies by role, seniority, industry and location. Or bring a list you already have, from a CSV or a tool you already use. Every route ends in the same place, a list of prospects you own.

## Research every one of them

Doing this by hand stops working at about ten prospects. Agents read a prospect's website, their hiring pages and the tools they run, then write up what they find. Ask whether they fit your ICP, what they sell, or why now is the moment to reach them.

Work emails and phone numbers fill in beside those answers.

## Write messages that earn a reply

Every answer the research produced can go into an email you send. Open on the thing that company just did, name the tool they run, or speak to the problem their job posting implies. Sequences send from your own mailboxes, at a pace that keeps them healthy.

## Read the replies

Replies land in the inbox, whichever channel they came from. Positive ones are marked, so the conversations worth your time are the ones you see first.

    No. Import a CSV or Excel file, or pull contacts from a tool you already use, then research and reach out the same way.

    Yes. **Save to an existing table** adds a new search's results to a table you already built. Importing from a tool keeps a link you can pull from again.

    Every paid action shows its price before you run it, and your balance is always in the top bar. A lookup that finds nothing is not charged, while an AI column pays for what it used.

    That works. Stop after enrichment, then export your list or send it to a tool you already use.
